Delete Your Account

You can delete your LuviaSpark account and the personal data associated with it at any time — directly in the app, or by sending us a request.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

    Open the LuviaSpark app and sign in.

  2. 2

    Go to your Profile tab.

  3. 3

    Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal details are removed.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address registered to your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Deleted immediately

  • • Your name, email address & phone number
  • • Profile photo
  • • Saved addresses & location data
  • • Notification tokens & preferences
  • • Active login sessions

Retained (anonymized)

  • • Booking & transaction records — kept for dispute resolution and financial-compliance purposes, then securely deleted per our retention policy

Account deletion cannot be undone. Any remaining wallet balance should be resolved with our support team before you delete your account. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
